The expatriation assistance service is provided by Go Sabai Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Ireland under number 735825. This service is aimed at people residing outside of Thailand who wish to settle there. It is carried out in collaboration with a network of partners in Thailand.
Coordination and Real Estate
Sabai Expat collaborates with several local partners for the coordination of its services. This coordination is managed by GB Ventures Co., Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Thailand under number 0105566089550.
Real estate services are provided by specialized partners, including AREPO REALESTATE Co., Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Thailand under number 0845565005488, and FIVE STARS TRANSACTIONS IMMOBILIÈRE CO., LTD, a limited liability company registered in Thailand under number 0105549010100.
Sabai Expat does not directly provide investment advice or real estate services.
III. Eligibility and Acceptance of Projects
Access to and use of Sabai Expat's services are subject to eligibility criteria. Sabai Expat reserves the right to accept or refuse projects at its discretion, based on the compliance of the projects with its standards and capabilities. Users must provide complete and accurate information when submitting their projects.
IV. Risks and Limitations of Liability
Users acknowledge and accept that expatriating to Thailand involves risks, including economic ones. Sabai Expat cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from these risks. The liability of Sabai Expat, its partners, directors, and employees is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the services offered.
